Rajiv brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting and business development across Europe, Southeast Asia and India. His background includes leading Carnival Group’s hospitality division and developing talent sourcing and workforce management systems.
Bhaskar
Technology and AI Evangelist
Bhaskar brings over 25 years of experience in franchise management systems and B2B SaaS businesses. He co-founded Anchor Abroad-Jobs and leads the development of its technology platform.
Aanchal Mehta
Head of Operations
Aanchal brings over 20 years of experience in consulting and business operations, including roles at BCG, Adidas and Standard Chartered. Her international experience informs her work in client relationships and day-to-day operations.
Ashim Lal
Hospitality, Retail & Business Strategy
Ashim brings over 28 years of experience across hospitality, retail and brand management. His background includes leadership roles at Carnival Foods and OJO Life, and co-founding Culinate. He combines business strategy, operational expertise and team development with international experience across India, Japan and Germany.
